Who is Billy Howard?

Can anyone help? I’m just back from attending my dear friend Glynn’s funeral in Manchester only to find a message on the answer phone from a Billy Howard wondering why I haven’t replied to his Sunday night e-mail. I’ve been all through my e-mails and I don’t have anything from a Billy Howard. He sounded a bit cross on the phone but didn’t leave his phone number or tell me what his e-mail was about so I can’t contact him. Can anyone tell me who this gentleman is and is he enquiring about a show?
