Just a quick blog as I’m hoping to do a bit of rehursing tonight as I go over my Swinging 60s repotoire. This weekend I shall be all 1960s as I’m booked to sing at The Midland Railway, Butterley, Derbyshire, with 3 x 45 minute shows daily from 10am then 1.45pm at Swanwick (I hope I’ve got the right) and then back at Butterley for my last set at 4pm – so I hope you can make it along.
Today I met up with a new sound engineer and I also have another one comming round on Wednesday so busy busy!
Must dash and do keep watching as I’m exspecting the photos through from Dave and Bee Jackson very soon from our shoot at Swyell and also Lewis’s photos from Tenterden plus some others so I will post as and when.

We’ll so much for the out door garden party – we have been having flash floods! However the show must go on and always does with me – so out doors became in doors and what a great afternoon it turn out to be too! Today I have been performing in Wendover one of my favourite little towns and I often pop into the Antque center on my way back from somewhere – and today was no exception! While I was there I was able to pick up a book on Vintage Fashion which wont come as any surpise to those who know me as I’m dotty about historical and vintage clothes. Less said about my collection the better as I’m over flowing into three bedrooms now and never have a thing to wear!!
Speaking of which I hope to be adding new pages to my web-site soon the Music Hall and 1920s and 30s page. So this is me as a bright young thing doing the Charlston! I’ve been working on the words and slowly but surly I seem to be getting there as they say so do watch this space and I will let you know as and when things go live. In the meantime lots of updates are being done as I type so do keep watching!

Well here I am at my desk when I really want to be out side exersising and it’s pouring down with rain. I’m really in the mood for a good run so I hope this rain will pass as I’m dieing to get my running shoes on!
In the mean time I’ve been very busy the last couple of days with “Stars and Stripe” shows, yesterday I was doing “Magic of the Musicals” and this weekend I have two Summer Garden parties to do so we are all praying for good weather!
In between time I’ve been going through 1000s of phots or at least thats how it feels sometimes for the web-site updates. I’m getting there slowly as a photo speaks a thousand words and at the end of the day I’m no word smith!
Just looked out the window and still no let-up in the rain so I might just brave it anyway – it can be very refreshing running in the rain.

Hello everyone and as you know today is the 4th July so I’ve been out and about doing my all American “Stars and Stripes” show. In truth I’m still very tired from the weekend and what I need more than anything is a good rest but I never seems to get the time. I am pleased I squeezed in that photo shoot with Lewis Brockway on the Monday and I can’t wait to see all the photos when they come through. These ones will finnish off my pages beautifuly and I will be adding them to my web-site in due course. I’m also looking forward to seeing the rest of Dave and Bee Jacksons photos from Sywell – the shoot I did on the 17th May. So I keep looking out for the post as I hope the CD will be here soon and that way I can share my photos with you all so do keep watching!
My head has been rather spinning of late as I spend much of my time designing things and planning lay outs for the web-site. Like all artists I have a very clear vision of what I want to do only it can take a while in acheving.This weekend I have 2 garden parties to do and then I shall be up in Ripley for a 1960s weekend the following week.
