NEWS PAGE & BLOG

Hello one and all and welcome to my news page. Here you can see me as my two alter egos the ever efficient secretary Prudie Jones, Evette the Spivette and plain old little me as you catch up with all that is current in my world. Regrettably unlike Prudie my spelling is quite frightful at the best of times due to my dyslexia so I shall apologise now for anything which might be shamefully mis-spelt. In the mean time I hope you find this page fun, entertaining and informative and become a regular visitor to my site.

Kind Regards

The Swinging 60s here we come!

This will be my last blog before the weekend as I’ve got most of my costumes packed up and my play lists sorted for the 1960s weekend at The Midland Railway. Tomorrow morning I’m in the hair dresses getting my hair and nails done before I hit the road and head up north – so I hope you can make it along as I’m singing at Butterey station at 10am and 4pm and Swanwick Station church at 1.45pm.
Last night I was going over songs everything from Little Richard, The Beatles, Shirlie Bassy to Dusty Springfield and beond – so I’m really looking forward to this weekend as it makes a change from singing the 40s! I’m also looking forward to meeting up with friends Friday and Saturday night so heres to a great weekend and lets hope the rain clears – but don’t worry, I do have Raining in my Heart in my repotire so I think I’ve got it covered!
That’s about all my news for now as I’m all set for another busy week next week from 40s glamour to 20s and 30s and a WAAF show for the Bugatti Club on Saturday night.
Thanks for dropping in and Bye for Now!
