NEWS PAGE & BLOG

Hello one and all and welcome to my news page. Here you can see me as my two alter egos the ever efficient secretary Prudie Jones, Evette the Spivette and plain old little me as you catch up with all that is current in my world. Regrettably unlike Prudie my spelling is quite frightful at the best of times due to my dyslexia so I shall apologise now for anything which might be shamefully mis-spelt. In the mean time I hope you find this page fun, entertaining and informative and become a regular visitor to my site.

Kind Regards

St Georges Day!

It’s just a very quick blog tonight to wish you all a Happy St Georges Day. I confess I’m more than a little tired as I’ve done two shows today and I was up untill 2am last night trying to get my e-mails done. Don’t you just hate it when you write a long e-mail and then it doesn’t go through because you have somehow miss spelt the address. That happens to me all the time being dislexic. I hate e-mail addresses with words like enquirers in as I never get them right and I always end up doing everything twise!
Today it has been all go with Pearly Queen shows as I had a 10.45am show in Burnham nere Slough and then I had to dash over to Milton Keynes for my 2pm show. It’s tough on your own as I have to keep my sugar levels high and with the loading and un loading you soon burn off your breakfast. I felt towards the end of my first show my sugar levels dip and that might exsplain why I did an Eric Morcombe in “My Winkles Fallen Out”. I sang all the right words but not nessersarily in the right order! Thinking about it I’m not really sure if I ever finished the number but I sopose I must have done and I was fine come my second show – once I’d had lunch!
Tomorrow I’m doing the Swinging 1950s and 1960s show for Wing WI and then another Pearly Queen show on Thursday so busy busy! Oh before I forget this is my 200th blog since I started a year last March so thank-you every-one for following!
Keep Watching and Toodle Pip!
