NEWS PAGE & BLOG

Hello one and all and welcome to my news page. Here you can see me as my two alter egos the ever efficient secretary Prudie Jones, Evette the Spivette and plain old little me as you catch up with all that is current in my world. Regrettably unlike Prudie my spelling is quite frightful at the best of times due to my dyslexia so I shall apologise now for anything which might be shamefully mis-spelt. In the mean time I hope you find this page fun, entertaining and informative and become a regular visitor to my site.

Kind Regards

Mad Dogs, The Hare and The Bugatti Club!

Me with a Sweet Little Car!

Hello everyone – sorry I’m a bit late with my blog. If you have been following my facebook pages you will know I haven’t been too well these last couple of days. After a very busy Saturday at the Hare Fest and Bugatti Club it would appear I came down with sun stroke. I always make a point of wearing sun factor 50 but two shows in the glare of the sun took it’s toll and I had to spend all of Sunday in bed. I always drink lots of bottled water but we thought that might have gone off in the heat. It would appear it was just the sun so Mad Dogs and all that! I’m very fair and I have to be very careful. Despite being ill afterwards I have to say my shows couldn’t have gone better. I was the first act on at 12 noon for Hare Fest and a big thank you to Mike and Andy who did sound for me. Great Job Guys! You were fantastic and being able to go through your kit saved so much time with me having to dash off straight afterwards for Bugatti.so thank-you 😉
Thank-you to Joe too who came over with his Jeep and to Bill too who came over to help just in case I needed to use my own rig. So thank-you every-one for your support!

After Hare Fest I jumped in my van and dashed over to Quainton to pick up my friend Kim who I had booked to do sound for me for Bugatti.I love working with Kim she is fantastic and you can’t beat having a girly natta to and from jobs.
The Bugatti Owners Club is at Prescot Hill, Near Gotherington, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and it was my second time there. This was their Vintage Minor Rally and they had all sorts of cars. So enjoy the photos.

I’m doing a Stars and Stripes show  tomorrow and I have a very full weekend planed as I head down to Margate on Sunday to sing at Thanet at War so more of that later. Keep Watching and Toodle Pip for Now!
